How it works

Step 1 — Soak
Submerge your CryoFix wrap in water for 30 minutes before first use. The polymer resin will absorb the water and expand slightly.

Step 2 — Freeze or heat
For cold therapy: place in freezer for 1–2 hours. For heat therapy: microwave for 2–3 minutes.

Step 3 — Wrap and recover
Secure the wrap to the affected area using the elastic straps. Use for 20 minutes per session.

Step 4 — Reuse
Once dry, re-soak in water for 30 minutes to restore. Reusable indefinitely.
